Not so good!
The lake and surroundings are perfect and its a good days fishng! My problem is the ignorant bailiff working on the day we visited. He started off by giving us bad information, looked like he didnt want us there, tried telling us the products in his shop did not fit our equipment and pretty much bullied us off the lake at the end of the day. Probably fine any other time but when this specific guy is there, I would not bother. I will not be going again! Customer services is easy in this market place, you smile, give the people their tickets, some good info, and thats all you have to do!!
