• Not so good

  We left our King Charles there while we took a holiday. We almost cancelled our hols as we did not want to leave him but did in the end. He returned to us covered in fleas. He has been having daily fits since we got him back - he is scared when he hears a noise and wets the floor. We were given a price when we dropped him off and was charged an extra £47 when we picked him up. What was once our beautiful pet has turned into a nervous wreck. NOT HAPPY

• Great Kennels...Have and would recommend again!!

  I have been boarding my dogs (one of which was from Treetops rescue) here for a little over 2 years now and I'm very pleased with the care they are given and I must say that since being taken over by new ownership and management, the place is looking better then ever! It's so clean and tidy, the dogs are walked and well cared for by very well trained and caring staff. They do a brilliant job with the rescues too, I couldnt have wished for a better dog! He's lovely, he was fully vaccinated, neutered and micro-chipped before he came to his new home which was fantastic and he was in great condition, he's now a very much loved member of the family!! Thanks guys, Great job!!

• lovely

  I had my dog here at the end of last year, i was very happy with the place! my dog is on medication and they great at looking after him and making sure he had all he needed, he was walked as i requested i was able to telll this beacuse if he doesn't get the right exercise he becomes very stiff. I will be using them again in the future. The staff were lovely and easy to talk to it was nice and clean too. Thanks!!

• Rude owner

  We left or dog in the kennels while we were waiting to move into our flat. After a few weeks we realised we cant leave him in the kennels as our wait to move into our flat was taking longer than expected. We informed treetops of our decision to rehome our dog as it was unfair to keep him in kennels. They did absolutely nothing to help us with the rehoming and kept over charging our fees. After working out the amount that we owed them we realised our fees were around £80 less than what they tried to charge us. We then got into a situation wherewe had found a home for a our dog and we couldn't pay all of the fees in one go and tried to negotiate an amount to pay them each week, but the owner told me she didnt trust me to come in every week to pay them and said if we dont pay up she will take us to court. The owner was very hard to get hold of and i was told to wait for her call a few times, when i did get hold of her she was extremely rude and hung up on me on the phone a few times and clearly only cared about getting her money and didnt seem concerned about the welfare of our dog.

• Fab.

  We got our rescue dog from Treetrops and found them to have done their best for our poor abandoned dog. They take them to the vet and ensure they are well looked after including having walks. Treetops is a lovely place full of caring, knowledgeable people

• Don't leave your dog here

  We left our 6 month old dog at Treetops for one week whilst on holiday in Aug 08 and would never send her there again! Despite being one of the most expensive kennels in Guildford, they do not walk the dogs at all and our puppy came out with fleas, diarrhoea and a new habit of chasing shadows. due to the boredom in the kennels. They also managed to lose her dog bed we left and didn't return her large bag of top quality food we left for her. Hopefully the service will improve in the future.

• Wonderful grooming

  We had our Bichon Frise groomed here and they did a great job. Much better standards and more thourough than other local groomers that charge a lot more.
