My puppy (6 mths old) stayed here over Christmas. I found the kennels to be clean and secure and the staff very friendly and professional. My puppy enjoyed his stay and was well looked after. I have nothing but praise for the kennels and they are very reasonably priced. I will definately be using only these kennels for my puppy in the future and would highly recommend.
Our dogs have stayed here many times and always seem to enjoy it. They come home well cared for and clean. The first time we went they insisted on showing us around and I can confirm that it is clean and secure. I can't understand the bad reviews here but I note they all seem to either have expected out of hours service or cheaper prices. All I can say is I'd never want to take my two dogs anywhere else.
I have bought my dog in to stay on many different occasions whilst going on holiday. In my return my dog has always been of a very cheerful nature. Looks very healthy and I would have to say very well looked after. The kennel staff are always very pleasant too. They are also very reasonably priced. I would definately recommend them.
I have had nothing but GOOD experiences with these Kennels. We have used the kennels 3 times now and contrary to the negative reviews on here, My dog ( miniture poodle ) has enjoyed her time spent at the kennels. She is always bouncy and happy to see us when we pick her up. She has never smelt horrible and has been well looked after. I would recommend the kennels. we will be going back. Don't be put off by the owners they don't Bite ! They are a bit Mutt and Jeff, We are all Grumpy sometimes !!
I have two beagles, who I put into this kennel for two nights. I have to say that they were in good condition and seemed fairly happy when I picked them up. BUT.... when it came to paying for the bill, they charged me for 3 DAYS, not nights. So, for a less than 48 hour stay I had to pay £61.20 (£11.00 per day per dog & £1 per day for heating - inclusive of a 10% discount for putting two dogs in one kennel). When I questioned the lady who ran the place, she was very defensive and almost rude! I will not be using this kennels again and certainly will not be recommending it!
I left my two dogs there end of last year (for one of them it was a second visit). I have not been given a discount for boarding both dogs in one kennel as previously verbally offered to me. My bitch, at the time about 11 month old wet her bed while in the kennel (as being told by the carer). She has not done that since about 6 month old. I was then charged for drying the bed which I found quite unfair as it happened while in their 'care'. The people who run the kennels seem to be really nice but I will not board my dogs with them again. I cannot recommend the kennels to anybody.
Please Please Please be careful with this kennels. They come across as being a very professional and clean kennel. However after verbally agreeing on 3 ocassions for a late pick up they decided to change their mind one they had my dog. Unfortunately they do not stick by agreements made and did not treat my small puppy very well whilst he had an overnight board with them. He came back distressed and nervous which he has never been in the past. They were extremely rude when speaking with me on day of collection and then decided to hold the dog to ransom until we paid the small amount of £23. They are reasonably cheap at £11.50 per day and believe me you get what you pay for. I would never ever use these people again and would strongly recommend that you steer clear.

your coments on stream farm kennels is untrue as i have left my dog in the kennels many times over the years and have always found my dog well cared for and well fed. he is also very happy to go into the kennel with ( pam and donna the kennel girs )
These people took my dog (and my money) on Friday even though they were closed! but today when i wanted to collect her i was told i would have to wait until they finished their lunch. It appears they will only put themselves oput in their own interests. The dog was stinking, her bedding covered in urine and poo. I was not allowed to enter the kennels and the lady just let her out free into the car park with no thought to my dogs safety because i had angered her coming early. What happened to a little compromise in business? my dog was freezing cold and shaking and her bedding had to be binned. I was so concerned i considered taking her immediately to a vet, she only calmed after being warmed up and fed. Also never advised a dog should have a kennel cough vaccine which mine doesn't. Compromised my dogs health and well-being and treated me in a very childish manner. Will be reporting to the authorities!
