  • 1 Poor Service, Hoad and Taylor

    Office staff need chasing constantly. Engineer booked 5 days in advance for an afternoon appointment. He 'phoned the evening before to try and change the appointment to the morning and when I couldn't accommodate his request became rude and surly and then didn't bother turning up the next day.
