    For "the bike chain that won’t let you down" I feel very let down. Frankly their customer service has been a bit of a joke. I placed an order for a bike in mid January for collection end February. When I turned up on the day to pick up my bike they had not even started to assemble it. I had to go home and return a few hours later, but even then it was minus rack and pannier, which they were unable to fit. They promised to order the missing part the next day and phone me during the week. I heard nothing for two weeks so phoned them. I then cycled back to the shop expecting to have the rack fitted but was told I would have to leave the bike and return again the next day. There was absolutely no consideration as to how I was to get home. Additionally, it was quite evident that the right part had never been ordered and there was talk about filing down some other piece to fit. In the end I got it sorted in Camberley Cycles, an altogether far more pleasant and professional experience
