  • 2 Terrible Service, Overpriced: STAY AWAY!!

    Kept me waiting 45 minutes, then Patsy (the proprietress?) gave half my laundry to another customer who promptly left for 10 days holiday. It's now over two weeks later and I still don't have my clothes!! Patsy has been rude and unpleasant throughout as though it is somehow my own fault and she is the victim. At first she denied her mistake. She has finally promised to refund my money but that hardly makes up for the inconvenience and expense her mistake has caused me. The Uni Launderette is less than half the price and quite close by.
