I have two very elderly and very friendly dogs and a postman who resolutely refuses to deliver through my letter box. I have made 2 formal complaints to the PO and about to make a third. I installed a box outside but the postman broke it. My mail gets wet and damaged and recently I have been unable to get it until early evening as I have undergone surgery for cancer and cannot get outside to retrieve it.
