  We are a software company & have several products geared to service the taxi industry. TaxiClub has had a presence on the internet for some 4 years and prior to that it took 3 years to develop. We have a suit of products as follows: TaxiClub membership is essentially “freeware” software which affords club members a strong unified presence on the internet, A “quote engine”, which becomes part of a taxi company’s own website, offering their own prices for journeys both too & from their area, TaxiPlan is a fully integrated, truly versatile taxi company operating platform, developed to handle all aspects of the taxi industry. Taxiplan and its suite of products, are geared up to support a modern taxi company, enabling & assisting the user to develop their business to meets the demands of both their corporate & individual customers. TaxiClub enjoys a privileged position on the internet & is well supported by Google & similar search engines because it is a non-profit facility for the general public. If your look up common search words, you will find us well ranked & in most cases Number 1. The average number of hits the site attracts per week is 88 000 and the average deal/trip value is �£131. Pretty impressive! TaxiClub membership is free. All we ask is for a contribution towards the cost of the quote calculator which first calculates the distance of the trip then looks up your price tables to offer the public your price. For a company we need �£2 per week & for individual members, just �£1 per week. To save on administration costs, you can pay for a year-long membership once I have helped set you up. Setting you up takes a bit of effort on both our parts but then once complete the public can use it without calling you & indeed your staff will become used to quoting your own customers on the phone using the prices you set up. The quoting engine has 2 parts to it, the first being your: 1. general rate per mile, 2. night charges, 3. different vehicle types, 4. congestion charging, 5. public holiday rates, 6. minimum fare charges. 7.
