As well as standard office hours, PCS offers 17:00 - 21:30 Mon - Fri and weekends by prior arrangement, meaning that it is easy to fit into most peoples daily lives. If the problem can't be fixed "right there", then it will be rectified back in the workshop and your PC returned fully tested and with the latest patches added from Microsoft (unless it's LINUX) and any anti-virus or spyware vendors updates, to ensure your machine is in top condition. PCS-Computing operates a "no fix no fee" policy.
