We can explore what brings you in to counselling allowing both parties to be heard in a confidential safe environment. This can lead to empowering you to make the choices you desire and help reduce the influence of problemsI am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their code of ethics and practice. I receive regular supervision as required by the BACP guidelines. I worked in the drug and alcohol field for just over two years; I then worked with Relate, couple counselling from 1999 to May 2002. Since October 2004 I have used the Triple P Programme for individual & group parenting work. This offers support to build and improve parenting skills. As part of my professional commitment I regularly attend further training courses and after several years experience in the counselling field I have decided to do a final year to degree level in counselling.
