very poor service

after collecting our item before the specified time due for before 12 next day delivery. the company called to inform us that the item they had collected was too heavt for them to deliver and we therefor would have to wait an extra 24hrs before they could provide the service that they advertise. Very very poor service. we shall never use them again!
