A much needed makeover
I occasionally used to stop here for a pint on the way home from the station. Friendly staff, and good value beer, however the place was in need of an update. It has since closed, and I have found out that it is having a complete re-fit, top to bottom. Rumour has it that it won't be opening now until October '08. I look forward to seeing and sampling a much improved pub, inside and out.
