Gastropub in Fleet

Brilliant feel to the place and great location. Staff always polite and food generally very good but on the last visit, the food looked a bit thrown onto the plate. Recommended though for a good gastropub meal.

Good Food Pub

The Foresters is a great food pub. It’s quite smart inside and very family friendly. It has a huge wood burning stove in the middle of it, which I imagine would be very cozy in the winter. The food is good and the service friendly. The must try is the WAGU beef burger, which is about the best burger I’ve tried (well as least pub burger!) Their pies also deserve a special mention, as they are very tasty. All in all, it’s a bit more expensive than your average pub, but the food is worth it. Perhaps the only comment is that once the dinner guests have finished their meals, there isn’t much of an atmosphere, it’s not really a drinking pub, but that’s not an issue if you go there to eat!.
