Bad attitude.

"What do you expect, it's only costume jewellery." That's what they told us when we asked them to take a look at a watch my wife had bought from them and had the glass fall out the first time she wore it. OK it was a few months since the purchase but I can't see that that is a reason to brush off a customer who has spent hundreds of pounds with them over the years. The glass should NEVER fall out of a watch, "costume jewellery" or not. We weren't even asking them for a refund or an exchange... just to look at it and advise but we were met with a point blank refusal. To add insult, I'm pretty sure that the woman who displayed this grotesque disregard for the shop's customers was the owner. Can't be certain of that though. So, if you do venture in there and buy something don't expect a sympathetic ear if you ever need to take it back. You have been warned. I won't be wasting any more of my money in there.
