Very unprofessional
Very unhappy with the service he provided. Although I had not given a fully detailed description of my tv, he was no help at all. He turned up at 9:45pm, and did not phone ahad. When he arrived he explained that he, 'did not do flat screen tv''s' but proceeded to tap the back of the telly! He charged my £15 to do this. The only advbice he gave was to take it to another company. I would never ever recommend this company.
