    Propaganda's a tale of two bars - there's Friday and Saturday nights when it's rammed full of people out on the lash and then there's the rest of the week, when it's actually a really nice place to relax with a beer or a coffee and read the papers. Food's very good - recommend the all day brunch breakfast - and the bar staff always seem polite and helpful. Live music nights on Sun and Thurs are very good too. Watch out for the price of the beer though - it's expensive.
