Brilliant service, the best courriers ever!

Having phoned more than 20 couriers with my rather different request Ascent came to my rescue! All the other couriers were unhelpful, provided very unsatisfactory customer service and were unwilling to go the extra mile to help with a very urgent delivery request. As soon as I got through to ascent the lady on the phone was knowledgeable, very helpful and went out of her way to help with my delivery dilemma. The best customer service I have had in ages! I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them with out hesitation.
