Lucie Savage has a proven record in business, is married to a naval officer and is mother to Georgina, Ralph and Toby (twins!) The balancing of childcare and a husband away, whilst running a business gives her unique empathy with all working parents. Jo McArdell has 26 years unbroken service as a nanny, and understands the profession from the inside, being able to instantly recognise the strengths and weaknesses in the nannies she interviews. Their combined experience give a highly informed and very special perspective when it comes to understanding which nanny is right for you.
