  • 1 Awful bathroom installation; cost £2,000 to fix

    I would not recommend Sanctuary Interiors.They installed a new bathroom and cloakroom in 2009 and we had problems with both, especially the bathroom. The bath was not fitted properly; the feet were not fixed to the floor, the bath was not adequately fixed to its frame. Consequently, the bath moved when used, the silicone seal failed and water leaked into the ceiling of the room below. The shower screen was not fitted correctly; water leaked and warped the bath panel; non waterproof board rotted.
