The Succesful or Disastrous (depending where you view it from) scheme has finally come to an end.Many FIAT's, Hyundai's Fords etc have been sold and are now on the road. When knock effect is that many cheaper cars, perfectly servicable have been consigned to the knackers yard. This has meant that there has been a shortage pretty much all year and I don't see this situation resolving itself any time soon.The car industry having had a succesful year in 2009, is bracing itself for a drop of in demand over the next few weeks, especially at the lower end of the market, where they have sold far in excess of their usual allocation and perhaps had to employ extra staff to deal with that.

Sun Shine at last

Isn't it great to look out of the window and see blue skys, sunshine and feel temperatures that don't freeze you to the core. Spring is just about here. Godalming and Frensham

Dear allTo all our valued customers I firstly apologise that I have not written to you all personally, but in my defence we have been busy trying to ensure that your cars get fixed in a timely manner.Our site at Frensham has, as most of you know, been due to close so that our landlord can build houses on it. This has been a long running saga, and as I understand it, the current developers having pulled out, is not due for commencement any time soon. We have been put in an awkward position, because the owners are not prepared to offer a lease with any decent time, and we are currently on a 1 MONTH contract.This has forced me to close the site at the end of September.We of course would be delighted if you still wished to bring your car to our new site in Godalming, just 75 yards from Godalming Train Station. We are able to offer you full services, including MOT, SALES and SERVICE.We are excited to be now based in Godalming, and thrilled that the workshop business is growing rapidly, particularily as much of it is by word of mouth.Our MOT centre newly installed with the latest equipment (which is a whole new story) is now up and running, and we will be sending you out your yearly reminders when due.We are specialists in European Vehicles, PARTICULARILY ALFA, FIAT, BMW, MINI, MERCEDES, VW, AUDI, FORD, ROVER, RENAULT, PEUGEOT, CITREON, VAUXHALL, LAND ROVER, VOLVO AND SAAB, but we also look after a number of MAZDA's, TOYOTA's, HONDA's AND MITSUBUSHI's.
