Guildtex is a building and property maintenance company based in Guildford Surrey. We offer a range of services to maintain and improve your home or office. We work with both domestic and commercial customers and insurance work is welcome. We can offer a range of services from one source and can therefore co-ordinate your work from beginning to end. Very Poor
They told me they had put in an RSJ to support a wall that they had removed. When I chiselled away the poor plasterwork they had done, there was no beam. When they screeded the floor to raise it up 12 inches, the quality was so poor that the tiler could not lay tiles on it and I had to pay someone else to dig it out and re-lay it. When they did some remedial plasterwork, I had to chisel it out and re-do it myself to get it smooth. When they replaced a window with patio doors and side-windows, the side-windows were completely the wrong size and I had to get new glaziers to put them right. When I told them to stop work NOW because they were incapable of getting any job right, they brought their heavies in to demand payment. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOY BUILDERS
