Welcome to Kate Towns NLP & Hypnotherapy in Guildford I wonder what motivated you to look at this particular Ad? Were you just passing by and overcome with curiosity? Or are you hoping to find solutions to some of life's more pressing problems: difficulty in coping with stress perhaps, or fear of exams? Maybe you get overtaken by feelings which seem to get completely out of proportion to their immediate cause, anger, fear or depression for instance, and you are desperate to get them under control.
