very nice hotel and restaurant
The hotel provides nice rooms which are aht you expect for the reasonable price you pay. The bar and brasserie were lovely with stylish decor and friendly staff. good crown at the weekend too! definately reccomend

No Sleep!
The room was OK but very small, however the noise was totally unacceptable. There was a loading bay right next to the window, with constant loading and shouting ALL night. No alternate room was offered even after several complaints, and both the night and morning reception staff were dishonest and unreliable. My complaint to the management the next day was also ignored for some weeks, despite the guarantees of quick action from the staff, and ultimately no compensation was offered. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
